Construction

• Temperature Range - 5℃ above ambient to 1400℃. Heating zone length - 300mm.
• Triple walled construction, thermally insulated with cooling system for better performance during continuous operation.
• Abrasion resistant tube to support heavy loads.
• Quartz tube ID :- Approx. 50mm(for Hi-Tech 28a series) 75mm(for Hi-Tech 28b series) & 100mm(for Hi-Tech 28c series).

• Type of furnace: -Programmable electrically heated single zone tube furnace.
• Tube material: quartz with end flanges with silicon/whiten gasket.
• Temp. Is controlled by microprocessor based PID temp. Controller, programmable up to 8 steps /segments per programed of ramp/soak profile.
