Test Method:-

The test method provides a means of monitoring the sulphur level of various petroleum products & additives to predict performance handling or processing propertiesThis test method covers the determination of total sulphur in liquid petroleum products in concentrations from 0.01 to 0.4 mass %.

Standard: - This apparatus conforms to ASTM D1266 and other similar test methods.

Test Method

This test determines the sulphur content within the range of 0.1 to 5 percent by weight in petroleum oils which cannot be burned completely in a wick lamp.
